Description -

Metrics - The campaign's goals are:

1. Increase awareness of the U4C's formation
2. Increased the number of candidates ahead of the April 2024 elections

What banner(s) will you use? What will be your landing page?

Banners - I've made one modelled on the UCoC ratification banner: Special:CentralNoticeBanners/edit/2024_u4c_election

@JSutherland I've created the campaign [1] using your banner [2] (preview [3]). Note that I've exempted all Catalan projects per this request [4].
