What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - This has a purpose of informing CEE communities about the upcoming event in Belgrade, and the need for them to select representatives and register

Metrics - Will be measured by the number of new registrations.

What banner(s) will you use? What will be your landing page?

Banners - Any basic banner. Just include the logo for the conference and the text: "Select your delegate and register for the CEE Meeting 2019 in Belgrade, Serbia"

Discussion

Several problems here:

• This seems like a very broad list of targets. 20 countries, all projects and languages, for a week and a half, for a conference? I don't think this is worth such a heavy use of the CentralNotice.
• The listed landing page is a Google docs page, which is problematic. The guidelines require that link targets "must provide guarantees equal to the privacy policy or stricter", which that presumably doesn't.
• I don't see any link to the notifications provided to the target projects of this proposal, as is required by the guidelines.
