This log was used by Meta-Wiki administrators and Wikimedia Foundation staff members though July 21st 2011 whenever they enabled a new notice or made changes to its settings (basically anything done through the Special:CentralNotice interface, but not actions done through Special:NoticeTemplate). The log is now at Special:CentralNoticeLogs.

- Technically, that's a flawed understanding. It's not a percentage, it's a ratio. So if it's set to 50 and nothing else is running, then it's getting 50 of 50 available views. But if it's set to 50 and something else is running at 25, it's getting 50 of 75 available views. So you shouldn't use that to judge intent. --Philippe 17:46, 30 May 2011 (UTC)
