How does this category work?

Is it correct that every page representing the activity of a chapter ought to have that chapter's category, and then those chapter categories ought to be in this category? Blue Rasberry (talk) 12:35, 21 December 2012 (UTC)

Another option would be to categorize pages representing the activity of a chapter within the chapter's category, and then to have the chapter HOME page categorized within this one (as opposed to the chapter categories).
