Minimum age of an attendee is 7 years (in case the applicant is below 18 years of age they can apply with their guardians consent.)
Attendees will need to carry a valid photo ID Card and Registration Ticket to Kolkata, Failing which they will not be given access to the venue.
(Passport, Driving License or Voter ID. Minors may carry their student photo ID’s issued by the educational institute they study at.In case of persons above the age of 21, student ID’s will not be accepted as valid photo proof nor will ID’s issued by employers be accepted as a valid photo ID. For Non-Indian, they should carry a their passport)
Although the Organising Committee will take full precautions and safety and security of the applicants will be paramount to the Organising Committee, the organisers shall not be liable for the personal well being of any individuals or for any injury or medical condition or illness that they may sustain during their trip (nor will the organizers bear any medical bills of any sort) or stay in Kolkata or be responsible for any cancellations or any other issues that may come up.
Persons registering confirm that they are medically and physically fit to attend the conference and do not have any illness that may hamper their attendance.
Rights of admission to the venue are reserved by the organizers
Decision of the Organising Committee of Conference in case of dispute or any other matter will be full and final and no review requests will be entertained.
Anyone entering the venue agrees to abide by the Guidelines, instructions and Rules and Regulations set by the organisers.
Anyone wanting to speak or conduct anything on behalf of an organization would need to be registered as an institution.

No refund requests of any sort (including of Registration Fees) will be entertained except in case of cancellation of the conference itself.
If you have availed of a Wikimedia Chapter Member discount or Student registrant, kindly carry your Wikimedia Chapter member ID card or School/College ID card with you respectively .Failure to do so will result in a fine of INR 300 being levied during on-site registration.
The organisers reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Registration is non-transferable.
Anyone who fails to abide by these terms and conditions or the Rules and Regulations are liable to be evicted from the venue. No request for refund of Registration Fees will be entertained in such circumstances.
Any disputes will be subject to Kolkata, India jurisdiction only
