Affiliates benefit greatly when it operates independently to grow teams and increase content on Wikimedia projects in their Region or Field, they are also allow to use Wikimedia Foundation's name and logos. Affiliates are liable for the work they accomplish in their jurisdiction.

Please describe your experience working with conflict resolution, and how you have helped build consensus and support diversity.
As a leader I have solved a lot and different types of conflict with various techniques, first I listen to both parties, finding grounds to make easy effective communication for better understanding of each other's needs and feelings and brainstorming possible solutions.
In each case, I was able to help the parties involved to resolve their conflict and to build consensus by: Creating a safe and supportive environment for dialogue, help each party understand other's perspectives, identifying common interests and goals and proffer solutions. All these increase unity in diversity.
