Reason	Rejected per (1) wrong process, use requests for new languages, (2) already rejected as Requests for new languages/Wikipedia Pig Latin, (3) this is silly and you could just convert English Wikipedia text to Pig Latin using a script if you wanted to (but why would you?), (4) no description given.
