Edit-a-Thon in Uniminuto Bogotá	24 May	Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios (Uniminuto), Bogotá	Baiji	Workshop and Edit-a-Thon organized by Professor Noé Pernia from the Faculty of Communication Sciences of Uniminuto with the assistance of the Wikimedistas de Colombia user group, in order to create and improve articles about Colombian women in Wikipedia.

Wikipedia Mujer Edit-a-thon	19 September	Universidad del Rosario, Bogotá	GuteMonik	In this edition, we met with several leaders and academics who reviewed and contributed to the creation of some articles.

He lead a workshop on Wikimedia projects as platform for Open Science. C3r098 attend the conference and take part in the Librarians Gathering.
Voces para transformar a Colombia	25-26 November	Museo La Tertulia, Cali	Sahaquiel9102 Tefita228 Luisina Ferrante (WMAR)	Sahaquiel9102 & Luisina Ferrante (WMAR) take part in a Round Table, the topic discussed was the use of Internet to collect the memory of invisibilized communities, good practices and privacy on Internet. Sahaquiel9102, Tefita228 and Luisina Ferrante lead a workshop on Historical Memory, Colombian Conflict and Enviroment.

Wikimedia Summit 2019	29 March - 2 April	Berlin, Germany	Sahaquiel9102 Remux (as member of Esperanto & Free Knowledge)	Sahaquiel and Remux attended the Summit. In the Iberocoop meeting at the Summit, WMCO discussed the process to organize Iberoconf 2020, a regional-level Conference, in Bogotá. The group reach the AffCom and the WMF Board to know about the status of recognition of the group as Chapter. The working group of Governance was of special interest due to this recognition.
Wikimedia+Education Conference 2019	5 - 7 April	Donostia, Spain	Sahaquiel9102 Remux Tefita228	Three members of WMCO attended the conference in the Basque Country (Spain). Remux gave a speech at the Faculty of Philosophy and Anthropology of the Universidad del País Vasco. We made a strong bond with the Basque wikigroup and start thinking on a Education Program of our own. See blog post.
Recognition as Chapter	14 June	Wikimedia Planet	Wikimedians of Colombia	The Board of Trustees recognized our user group as a new Wikimedia chapter. See the official announcement.
Derechos digitales en entornos digitales	12-14 September	Buenos Aires, Argentina	GuteMonik	Gutemonik participated in this event. In this conference were known projects related to human rights, also regional actors and a group of Colombian people active and interested in the challenges of working in digital environments, so there in a meeting was established a working group to shape and constitute the program of human rights in Wikimedia Colombia.
