These are Wikimedia groups in active preparation to become recognized Wikimedia thematic organizations. Please provide a link to a page on meta with more detailed information (with a short summary in English) and provide a contact for questions about the present state. This section is meant to encourage discussion and prevent duplication of efforts. Being list does not mean that the group is actively being considered for recognition.
NOTE: You MUST contact the Affiliations Committee to begin the recognition process. This page is NOT used to track active applications, but instead is used to help organize and list user groups being discussed. Being listed here does not indicate any level of review by the Affiliations Committee for eventual recognition as a thematic organization.
