Wikimedia Tunisie/WikiLingua Maghreb
Formerly known as WikiProject Maghrebi Arabic, WikiLingua Maghreb was unofficially created in 2007 and officially created by a group of WMF users from all over the Maghreb in 2015 during WikiArabia 2015, after the success of a similar Wikimedia Algeria-led project for Berber languages, to ameliorate the coverage and the use of Maghrebi Arabic languages/dialects in Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects.
These languages/dialects are morphologically and semantically different from the Modern Standard Arabic (False friends, Different features...) and are the mostly used and intelligible linguistic varieties in the Maghreb. That is why it is needed and useful to explain and use them in Wikipedia and other projects such as Wiktionary and Wikidata. This is just what we are trying to do.
