Bầu cử Quỹ Wikimedia/2024/Nguyên tắc điều kiện của người bỏ phiếu

Bạn có thể bỏ phiếu từ bất kỳ một tài khoản bạn có trên một Wikimedia wiki. Bạn chỉ có thể bỏ phiếu một lần duy nhất bất kể bạn sở hữu bao nhiêu tài khoản. Tài khoản đáp ứng điều kiện phải:

• không bị cấm sửa đổi trên toàn website trên ít nhất một dự án;
• không phải bot;
• đã thực hiện ít nhất 300 sửa đổi trên toàn Wikimedia trước 4 tháng 8 năm 2024;
• đã thực hiện ít nhất 20 sửa đổi trong khoảng thời gian từ 6 tháng 9 năm 2022 cho đến 4 tháng 8 năm 2024

Nhà phát triển

Các nhà phát triển có thể được bỏ phiếu, nếu họ:

• là quản trị viên máy chủ của Wikimedia có quyền truy cập shell (shell access), hoặc;
• đã thực hiện ít nhất 1 commit được hợp nhất vào kho mã Wikimedia trên Gerrit trong khoảng thời gian từ 6 tháng 9 năm 2022 cho đến 4 tháng 8 năm 2024.

Tiêu chí bổ sung

• hoặc đã thực hiện ít nhất 1 commit được hợp nhất vào bất kỳ kho mã thuộc nonwmf-extensions hoặc nonwmf-skins trong khoảng thời gian từ 6 tháng 9 năm 2022 cho đến 4 tháng 8 năm 2024.
• hoặc đã thực hiện ít nhất 1 commit được hợp nhất vào bất kỳ kho mã công cụ Wikimedia (ví dụ như magnustools) trong khoảng thời gian từ 6 tháng 9 năm 2022 cho đến 4 tháng 8 năm 2024.
• hoặc là bảo trì viên/người đóng góp cho bất kỳ công cụ, bot, tiện ích và mô đun Lua trên các wiki thuộc Wikimedia.
• hoặc đã tham gia vào quá trình thiết kế và/hoặc đánh giá quá trình phát triển kỹ thuật liên quan đến Wikimedia một cách đáng kể.

Biên dịch viên

Biên dịch viên đủ điều kiện bỏ phiếu nếu họ thực hiện ít nhất 300 sửa đổi trước 4 tháng 8 năm 2024, và 20 sửa đổi trong khoảng thời gian từ 6 tháng 9 năm 2022 cho đến 4 tháng 8 năm 2024 trên translatewiki.net.

Wikimedia Foundation staff and contractors

Current Wikimedia Foundation staff and contractors qualify to vote if they have been employed by the Foundation as of 4 tháng 8 năm 2024.

Wikimedia movement affiliates’ staff and contractors

• Current Wikimedia chapter, thematic organization or user group staff and contractors qualify to vote if they have been employed by their organization as of 4 tháng 8 năm 2024.
• Members of formal bodies as defined in the bylaws of the current Wikimedia Chapters, thematic organizations or user groups qualify to vote if they have been serving in those functions as of 4 tháng 8 năm 2024.

The Affiliations Committee and Elections Committee will confirm the list of eligible Wikimedia Affiliates by [DATE].

Wikimedia Foundation board members and advisory board members

Current and former members of the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees and the Wikimedia Foundation Advisory Board qualify to vote.

Wikimedia movement committees members

Current members of the Wikimedia movement committees qualify to vote if they have been serving in those functions as of 4 tháng 8 năm 2024.

For the purpose of this guideline, Wikimedia movement committees are defined as Communications Committee, Elections Committee, Movement Charter Drafting Committee, Language Committee, and Universal Code of Conduct Coordinating Committee.

Wikimedia movement community organizers

Community organizers in good standing, who do not qualify to vote under other categories, qualify to vote if they meet one of the following:

• have applied for, received and reported on at least one Wikimedia Foundation grant since 4 tháng 8 năm 2024.
• were an organizer of at least one funded hackathon, competition or other Wikimedia event with on-wiki documentation and at least 10 attendees/visitors/participants between 6 tháng 9 năm 2022 and 4 tháng 8 năm 2024.

Note

If you meet the main criteria, you will be able to vote immediately. Due to the technical limitations of SecurePoll, people who meet the additional criteria may not be able to directly vote, unless they meet any of the other criteria. If you think you meet the additional criteria, please email board-elections@lists.wikimedia.org with the reasoning at least four (4) days before the last date for voting i.e. on or before 13 tháng 9 năm 2024.
