Abstract

Will be updated soon

How does your proposal add knowledge to the international community in Wikimedia and education

The knowledge that we have about an education program design is based on what we have read about other Education programs and from what we have experienced while working on designing one. The usual projects that we do involve Graduation or post graduation students by involving them in some specific projects. There are so many ways in which students and faculty members can be engaged and involved in the education program. The variation we have in Indian education system and boards at different levels, gives us a chance to explore the unexplored methods of engagement.

Who is the intended ideal audience for the topic?

The contributors of Wikimedia communities and those involved in designing initiatives for expansion of movement through education programs. Also, the students, faculty members interested to know how they can be a part of this movement are the intended audience for the presentation. I hope together we will be able to plan projects which are more inclusive, diverse and broader in scope.
