Abstract: The Foundation is piloting a new approach to recruiting newbies in Africa, using an online "big funnel" and high-quality learning modules on core policies. This talk will present the approach and its rationale, as well as the learning modules developed for it.		Slides: TBD

How will this session be beneficial for the communities in the region of CEE? This approach may be interesting for CEE communities to pilot as well. The Foundation's investment will be easy to re-use and translate.

No, it's a minimal pilot, focusing on two general modules and two modules on core policies (Neutral Point of View and Verifiability). The UCoC deserves its own module eventually, but isn't included in this pilot (and neither is Notability). I will be touching on the rationale for this in the session tomorrow.
