WELCOME TO THE WIKIMEDIA CEE HUB
During the Year 1 of the Wikimedia CEE Hub, we supported several projects, but only two were fully supported by our team:
- Wikimedia CEE Spring — supporting the International team, contacting local coordinators, helping the grant process, informing the communities that the contest will happen, creating documentation for the first time.
- CEE Youth Group — an initiative of the CEE Hub to informally connect young people (younger than 26 years old) from the Central and Eastern Europe in order to support knowledge exchange and capacity buiding. During 2023 we organised several online meetings, one hybrid meeting during the Wikimedia CEE Meeting 2023 in Tbilisi, Georgia, and one in-person meeting in Prague which took place on 24-25 November 2023.
