2023维基妇女营
活动建议最初于2019年斯德哥尔摩维基媒体国际会议期间提出。2020年设计了初步提案并报送了拨款申请，随后由于2019冠状病毒病大流行而未能举办活动。此次活动将重启原计划，并对现状、挑战和需求进行了重新审查。
2023维基妇女营将汇集来自不同国家参与维基媒体运动的妇女，她们是各自社群的领导者，都关注并参与性别落差（gendergap）的相关话题。今年的主題是「Map Up, Rise Up」.
活动目标
我们打算为参与者提供丰富的体验和高质量的信息、想法和合作，供他们在未来探索。我们致力于让来自不同背景的妇女参加为期三天的活动，包括主题演讲、专题介绍、工作坊和讨论，重点关注妇女在运动中的角色和未来，并以缩小性别差距为主要焦点。性别差距是已确定的优先事项之一，该平台将帮助我们规划必要的行动和支持，以扩大正在开展的活动。
我们希望有来自世界各地的广泛代表参加，并分享许多经验。在「维基女性維護女性」和「女性培训师」计划之后，导师制确实对印度女性维基人产生了积极影响，因此我们希望促进运动领导者之间的联系和导师合作机会，在全球范围内开展类似或互补的计划。预计这将创建一个强大的全球妇女网络，也将有助于设计更具影响力、互惠互利的多方面活动或计划。
