Botflag on da.wiktionary

If wikt:Bruger:OctraBot should continue working on da.wiktionary please consider to request a botflag. It is done on first da:wikt:Wiktionary:Administratorer#Robotter and then on Steward requests/Bot status since da.wiktionary has no bureaucrats so a steward should be requested to grant the flag.

Regarding the recent deploy of mw:Extension:Cognate, I'd like to ask you to disable -as soon as possible- OctraBot's interwiki patrolling in the main namespace of pl.wiktionary. You may want to coordinate with User:Hydriz, see wikt:simple:User talk:Hydriz#HydrizBot and the new Mediawiki-extension Cognate. Please remember that the language links layout at pl.wiktionary is quite special, for this reason I've tested his script and it seems to be giving good results. No, I think you are misunderstanding a bot policies. Current editing interval threshold is defined in the first revision . @Rxy: I know you care about jawikt, but the guidelines are really not the policy; I see "should" around paragraphes (not "must"). I can adjust throttle rate less than suggestion for efficiency, for example, on low-traffic wiki having 100k+ page; I could finish my job in some minutes rather than weeks or months. I think your explain is not appropriate for violate the guideline. Of course, "should" is not "must", but if you want to ignore a guidelines, you should be explain and get concensus for local community. You did that? Also I think it seems this case is not 'urgency task' . Why you must be ignored to that guidelines?
