Please be bold and help translate this article! The synagogue was erected around 1650 in Gwoździec (Ukrainian: Гвіздець - Hvizdets), then in the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth, today in the Kolomyia Raion, Ukraine. The building was seriously damaged in a fire during World War I. It was rebuilt in the interwar period, but destroyed completely by the Germans in 1941 (Please update the interwiki links on Wikidata of your language version of the article after each week's translation is finished so that all languages are linked to each other.) Please be bold and help translate this article! School of the Air is a generic term for correspondence schools catering for the primary and early secondary education of children in remote and outback Australia where some or all classes were historically conducted by radio, although this is now replaced by telephone and internet technology. In these areas, the school-age population is too small for a conventional school to be viable. Dear Minorax, in 10 chapters you amended from
<big><font size=5>7. Zahlen, Maßeinheiten und Zeit – Числа, одиниці виміру та часу</font></big>
to
<big><span style="font-size:x-large;">7. Zahlen, Maßeinheiten und Zeit – Числа, одиниці виміру та часу</span></big>
for example here, so probably it makes sense that I do it that same in the other chapters of this book, too, right? What is the advantage of this code? Many thanks, best regards, Aspiriniks (talk) 09:12, 29 April 2022 (UTC)
- @Aspiriniks: Hi,
<font>..</font>

Deletions
Hello, why did you delete Tech/News/2017/05/tg-cyrl, Tech/News/2017/04/tg-cyrl, and Tech/News/2017/03/tg-cyrl? "no actual translation" is certainly not true; partial translations are translations too. ~~~~

- @1234qwer1234qwer4: Just a question though, the pages only have the unimportant stuff translated and the main content is still in English. Why should these pages exist? --Minorax«¦talk¦» 09:12, 30 April 2022 (UTC)
- I haven't looked thoroughly, just saw some translations existed. In general I think such translations are still better than nothing and at least a starting point for further translations, but then here we have a news page, which is probably unlikely to get translated later... ~~~~
User:1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 10:34, 30 April 2022 (UTC)- Yes I agree that some translation is better than no translation. However, the pages are news from 2017 and translation was discouraged some time back. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 10:36, 30 April 2022 (UTC)
- I assume they still might have been sent out in this form, so they should probably be kept for attribution, and I really see no harm in them either. ~~~~

Translation tags
Hi Minorax,
I saw you fixing translation tags the other day, and I wanted to reach out for help for the new heading I've adding here on the page for the CN FAQ. For some reason, I keep struggling to follow mw:Help:Extension:Translate/Page_translation_administration#Changing_the_source_text and keep running into errors when trying to save the page with my new text.
Anyway, help would be very much appreciated. Ciell (talk) 17:33, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
- @Ciell: The easiest way would be to close the preceding translatable stuff and manually add in
<translate></translate>
to every paragraph/sentence that should be translated. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 00:11, 4 May 2022 (UTC)- That was what I did, but I must have missed the empty line after one of the tags. Thanks for helping! Ciell (talk) 18:55, 5 May 2022 (UTC)
