I have created a global user page. Why am I not registered on enwiki? I can't create an account because of an IP block for a shared IP. My IP/account was compromised a few years ago on enwiki and enwikt. Please help me and fix this. McBobHead (talk) 00:59, 13 June 2023 (UTC)

@McBobHead Read IP block exempt and request either a local exemption at the wiki you want to edit (e.g. c:Commons:IP block exemption?) or a global exemption at Steward requests/Global permissions. Do Tri ✓ 💬 12:21, 14 June 2023 (UTC)

@McBobHead you are blocked for sock puppetry at enwiktionary, most likely the enwiki IP block is intended to stop you from abusing multiple accounts there. Please read en:WP:Blocking policy#Unblocking for how to request unblocking, if you seriously want to stop the behaviour that led to your block. --Johannnes89 (talk) 13:38, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
