Being blocked from editing Wikipedia edit
Hey, Jyothis. This's Chainwit from Thai Wikipedia, I have been contributing to Wikipedia on both English site and Thai site for about 3 months now. As I was trying reduce the time spent on my Wikipedia, I declared a messege on my User page on Thai Wikipedia (th:User:Chainwit.) saying I will not be around for a while. Since I still have some ongoing works and discussions with some users, I felt I need to declare this messege.
But for some reasons, as I logged back into my account again at around 18 00 (ICT) today to add infoboxes on several pages (becuase I really cant get away with Wikipedia!) It showed a messege saying I was blocked from editing by you.
The reason says: The reason given is Long-term abuse: Abused local network.
And some information you may required: Your current IP address is 223.24.190.116, and the blocked range is 223.24.188.0/22.
I am really skeptical of why am I blocked, or stated as "abused local network"? What does it even mean? Did I do something that "abused" the local network? I thought I was doing fine because no admins has ever remind me about "network abuse". Please let me know. I'm still a bit new here, so I am really appreciated to learn more about living here.
If I were wrong as stated, I would like to improve and prevent such problem to be happened again.
Note: As I read through your archive's talks page, I guessed my problem began after I logged into the WiFi of a public co-working space in Bangkok?

I am blocked edit
I have the same problem of being blocked while editing as mentioned by Chainwit. and ব্যা করণ. My IP is 103.58.74.238 and blocked range is 103.58.74.0/24 . সুমিত রায় (talk) 13:03, 26 February 2019 (UTC)
Thanks I have removed the block for now. Do note that the small range you brought up has a number of bot/vandal accounts, so it is likely to get blocked again if the range gets abusive again. --Jyothis (talk) 22:46, 27 February 2019 (UTC)

My IP is 134.249.139.72, and the blocked range is 134.249.136.0/21. I was trying to link together pages https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Агенезия_мозолистого_тела and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agenesis_of_the_corpus_callosum
