Unblock - stewards - administrators

i need a unblock i have been blocking several times in wikis and all what i'm doing is explaining why we need a world of free acces to resources like this wiki, i also think we need people let be steweard and administrators by themselves without the need of elections, but if we want to do it, we cn have steweard and administrators elected and steweards and administratos by his own study and learning in the community or steawards ad administrators "autodidactas" in all the wikis --Javier José Moreno Tovar85 (talk) 20:19, 16 August 2018 (UTC)
