Hi! Can you please translate the election notice * into Arabic and post it prominently on the Recent Changes page of the Arabic Wikipedia. Once you have done that, please let me know, and leave me a link where I can find it. Thanks. Danny 00:13, 6 May 2004 (UTC)Reply

Hello Isam. Sorry that I do not answer on ar:, I just can't edit your wiki with my browser. Some links do not appear :-)
Anyway, thank you for your kind words which were appreciated. I hope that soon in the future more arabic speaking people join the ar: and that ar: wikipedians become much more involved soon to wikimedia wide issues. Tell me if you need anything, or any idea to improve this :-) Anthere 17:00, 24 Jun 2004 (UTC)

Dear Isam, could you please translate official name of Arabic Wikipedia? We have template for each language with field "Wikipedia name"

You can put it to my discussion page or leave it on this page: [1]

I think it starts with "ويكيبيديا", but I can not find correct traslation of "the free encyclopedia".

Thank you

Hi,

I address you as the ambassador of your wikipedia. Please notice the above project.

This project, more than other projects, will benefit from inter-wiki cooperation. Can you post a message regarding this project at your wikipedia village pump.

Thanks for your help, APH from the English wiki

Hey there this is Cathy from Hong Kong working on a research about trust on Wikipedia. The crazy girl you met in Wikimania 2005 ;) I wonder if you would kindly contact me at researchingmedia@gmail.com? I'd like to chat with you about Wikipedia of your language. Would you kindly drop me your email or IM (Skype, MSN, AIM or ICQ)? It wouldn't take more than ten minutes, but it would help enormous for us to understand the overall trust-based social landscape of Wikipedia. Thank you!

For the front page of the Novial Test Wikipedia it would be nice to have an Arabic translation of the following 2 sentences:

<>

Welcome to the Wikipedia in the Novial language!

You can read about the international auxiliary language Novial here.

<>

See the original request at Wikimedia Incubator here.

Which flag should be used with the Arabic language?
