CentralAuth and wrong Global account information?

Hello... Preface : i'm italian registred user on it.wikipedia.org since 2006 ... after a while, today i logged-in and i see that i'm elegible for The Wikipedia Library [1] .. "cool, nice initiative"...

Reading up and down, i see Special:CentralAuth, the global account management.. and i see that "spiderscai" account was registred at 21:31, 17 April 2013... Isn't exactly an a awful tragedy :) ... but it's blatantly false :P Since i'm a registred user from 11 apr 2006 [2] . Sincerely i've no idea why exists inconsistencies ( maybe meta.wiki was created in 2013?) but I was wondering if it's fixable, and WHO can I ask for information to fix it? So i've pick-up a Steward list, and you are the lucky one :)

Hi Hoo Man, My isp address has been blocked, so that i cannot improve the page on Thomas Szasz. I am a real person, with a lifelong interest in Applied Ontology, and regard Thomas Szasz as a man of exceptional insight and truthfulness.

Szasz deserves better than to have his ideas represented in the past tense, as if they are no longer valid. A common and grievius error by commentators that i edit out of my own electronic library because it dulls the potency and immediacy of important ideas. I have a registered name as an editor [unless it expired], but i ended up here.

Essential change is this one:

+ $('#siteSub').after(

Other parts is only about a change of spacing.
