Responding to your message on my fr.wikipedia talk page: I have seen just today this whole manual, which will be very useful for setting everything up and then sending better feedback to you. To be honest, i don't know if anyone had been informed of the deployment of this (I learnt it by seeing the new options on the left pane!), which is why we are not very prepared. Sorry about that, but maybe a dev or two could have dropped a note on the Village pump beforehand).

- Yes, the late notification is a pity. I worked like crazy to get this finished early, but then somehow the local chapters were not notified in advance :( --he!ko 16:19, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
