I hope that this message finds you well.

I am reviewing old file uploads at Meta-Wiki and noticed some of yours that you used at this discussion. I know that these files and the relevant discussion are 18 years old and that it's certainly a lot of time, but would you please let me know if you'd agree to release these files under a suitable free license? I'm assuming that, given their age, you intented to release these under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License? If you'd prefer to choose a different one please let me know.

If their copyright status remains dubious, we'd however have to arrange them for deletion.
