It's me again. I just subscribed to the list and I got a very strange language in return. It looked like some nordic thing (swedish, norwegian ?). Might frighten other subscribers :) Briséis.

As I read on http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Mailing_list, you manage the mailing lists for Wikipedia. I am contributor for wikipedia-{ru, en, fr}.

I would like to ask you to start a new mailing list for Russian Wikipedia (something like WikiRU-L, I presume). I understand administrator's duties, so there will be no problems (at least, I hope so). My e-mail address for this ML will be wp.ru.ml@telkel.net.

    • I think it is somehow possible to add this list to gmane, but do not know how. If I remember it right, wasn't the task to send a mail to the gmane admins to ask for a new list?
