Superprotect status

Dear De Wikischim, since you are an administrator on a wiki from which no user participated in this discussion, I'd like to make sure you are aware of some recent events which may alter what the Wikimedia Foundation lets you do on your wiki: Superprotect.

This whole affair with GS also directly involves nl-wikiquote. Nonetheless, I've moved my contribution to Requests for comment/Monopolizing behaviour of a sysop on nl-wikiquote in order to meet with your policy. De Wikischim (talk) 11:59, 1 January 2017 (UTC)

Unblock request on Wikiquote-nl (statement)

As a condition for me to get unblocked on Wikiquote-nl, user:Whaledad has requested me to put the following statement here on Meta:

With this I irrevocably retract all statements and request made by me w.r.t. Sjabloon:Gebruiker Whaledad in his role of mod on NL-WQ. I promise to no longer make any statements about Whaledad in his role as mod on NL-WQ. I hereby do so.

As it is my intention to contribute to Wikiquote-nl only very occasionally from now on, avoiding new discussions (another condition for undoing my block) should be easy.

I cannot put this statement on Wikiquote-nl itself because my user talk page on that project has been blocked as well. De Wikischim (talk) 07:52, 11 July 2019 (UTC)

user:Romaine, you are a sysop on Wikiquote-nl too. Could you pls give your opinion on this issue? Do you support or disagree with the unblocking of my account? (I see user:Riki has already reacted, thanks for that). As I already promised, I won't open up/ start any new discussions on Wikiquote-nl from now on anymore, neither retract the statement I put hereabove. I see user:Whaledad has rejected my request in its current form ([1]), especially because he's afraid I'd "declare the statement invalid" afterwards (of course I wouldn't really do that). P.S. I suppose Whaledad expects me as well not to do any new reverts on Wikiquote, as this was one of the main causes of problems that arose on the project some years ago - I do agree with this extra condition. De Wikischim (talk) 14:10, 17 July 2019 (UTC)
