- Don't be sorry; you didn't break anything ;-)
- Many other people assumed they would have suffrage as well. We do have technology which can accept votes only from people with suffrage (mw:Extension:SecurePoll) however we rarely use it except for voting for Board seats, and recently for w:WP:ARBCOM seats.
