{{help me}} Hi, I'm new here and noticed something. I would like to contribute to Wikipedia (especially the Tongan Wikipedia) but I need to have someone to explain something. I noticed that my internet has been hacked and my WiFi's IP address is globally blocked (whatever that means). I am not using WiFi right now (I am using mobile data), but I need to make sure I can still edit here. I was hacked and it says the IP is globally blocked because of a user who used it and made "sockpuppets" or something, whatever that is, but I've never edited before (hence why I made an account and started using mobile data instead of WiFi) and I want to make sure this account isn't mistaken. Can someone help? I have not really edited before. Thanks!
