Scusa, ma non parlo cosi bene italiano per controllare tutta la tua traduzione; ho cambiato solo quello dello crowd-sourcing per che quando facevo la traduzione al spagnolo mi sono chiesto come mai dire quello in un altro idioma che non fosse il inglese, e ho visto che avevi anche tu il stesso problema ;o)

Puoi aggiungere anche i dettagli sul tuo livello di italiano e inglese o altre lingue (da 1 a 4 e N, vedi Template:User language), e tutto quello che vuoi su di te. Ricordati di firmarti, nelle discussioni. Le traduzioni qui in Meta a volte possono sembrare un po' noiose, ma sono molto importanti e spesso lette da milioni di persone, perciò spero di rivederti presto. ;-) --Nemo 08:58, 9 August 2010 (UTC)

Quale pagina stai guardando? Capita spesso che ci siano vecchissime traduzioni ormai diversissime dall'originale in inglese. È raro che qualcuno migliori la versione tradotta e non quella originale, quindi se c'è qualcosa in piú in genere è perché dovrebbe essere da qualche altra parte oppure è superato, perciò si può eliminare senza troppi problemi, eventualmente cercando di capire se andrebbe spostato da qualche altra parte. --Nemo 10:25, 9 August 2010 (UTC)

Ciao, Wikimedia Italia ha pubblicato una nuova wikiguida video e ci servirebbe la traduzione dei sottotitoli in inglese per far partire la traduzione verso tutte le lingue: hai voglia di aiutare? Translator, We need you!

Dear Annayram,

You have helped us in previous years with translations and for that we are most grateful. Now we turn towards the 2011/12 fundraiser. It may seem forever away, but work has already begun getting everything ready to go. This year we want to have landing pages covering as many countries in as many languages as possible.

Right now, we want to figure out who is interested in translating for the fundraiser. This year we're hoping to have more of a solidified "core" group of translators that we can count on to have work done by a few key dates, but we'd also welcome help from people who are willing to just help out when they can.

Fundraising translation feedback

Hey Annayram, I have a bit of a request to ask from you. We pulled down our banners nearly a fortnight ago for what was a highly successful international fundraiser and brought the curtain down on last years fundraiser. This week however we will be changing payment processors and during the testing of the new system it would be useful to use the time productively on on testing banner text.

To help us out with this I wonder if you would be willing to help us improve our italian text using This Link

English/Italian translations

Dear Annayram, I am contacting you to introduce myself. My name is Jessica Robell and I have recently joined the Wikimedia Foundation as a part of the fundraising team. My work will be focused to a large extent around translations. I am very interested in finding engaged Wikipedians, such as yourself, who would be interested in contributing with their time to translate shorter text from English to Italian. We have for example recently put up a 'Thank you letter' from the Wikimedia Foundation's ED Sue Gardner for translation, using the translation extension.
