This block will expire on 01:37, 11 September 2022." This assessment is incorrect. This IP, although part of a range that is an open proxy, made no contributions anywhere. This block hurts me as well as others. Some of these IPs within the range are indeed legitimate by their contributions. Norton VPN Security is necessary for my work, ISPs in my area do not give native IPv6 There is no anonymity nor particularly high potential of abuse.   @Xaosflux: I cannot use the UTRS to request unblock. Additionally, when I try to use the contact feature, I cannot access it due to the block, still receiving the same block error message. Also, account creation is blocked by my IP. 174.202.4.84 19:23, 22 August 2022 (UTC)
