Reporting socks

user:Tranhaidang2009 (has edits in English Wikipedia) and user:Juntran2009 are suspected socks of user:Tranhaidang1993, same topic same name. Both are blocked in Vietnamese Wikipedia. I don't like interaction outside of Vietnamese Wikipedia. Frankly, that is my main concern. He will be dealt with if he pops up in Vietnamese Wikipedia again.
