About me

I am a volunteer Wikipedian since June 2007. My home wiki is the English Wikipedia. I am an administrator there since May 2009.

In 2015, I joined Wikimedia District of Columbia (WMDC); board member, January 2016 to September 2021; Vice-president, October 2017 to September 2021. I was elected to the Wikimedia Foundation Affiliations Committee (AffCom) in January 2016; Secretary, 2018; Chair, 2020 and 2021. I resigned from WMDC Board and AffCom subsequent to being elected, in September 2021, as a member of the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees.

My work

Since October 13, 2021, I am a member of the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees, selected and appointed as a community-elected Board seat. I am a member of the Wikimedia Foundation Board Human Resources Committee and an alternate on the Wikimedia Foundation Community Affairs Committee.
