Eine Abstimmung zur Ratifizierung der Leitlinien zur Umsetzung des Universal Code of Conduct (UCoC) ist für den 7. März 2022 bis 21. März 2022 mittels SecurePoll geplant. Alle Wahlberechtigten innerhalb der Wikimedia Communitys werden die Möglichkeit haben, die Umsetzung der Leitlinien zu unterstützen oder abzulehnen und ihre Gründe mitzuteilen. Die Ratifizierung der Leitlinien für die Umsetzung ist notwendig, um Wege und Verfahren für die Umsetzung der UCoC festzulegen.

Freiwillige können dabei helfen, die Ratifizierungsabstimmung in ihrer Community zu befördern

Wir suchen nach Community-Mitgliedern, die als Freiwillige bei der Wählerinformation helfen. Hilfe wird in den folgenden Bereichen benötigt:

Übersetze die Seiten zur Umsetzung der Leitlinien, zur Abstimmung und zur Wähler*inneninformation
Kommuniziere das laufende Ratifikationsverfahren in den Kanälen der Communitys
Optional: Beobachte die Community-Kanäle auf Kommentare und Fragen der Community.

Freiwillige sollten:

Bei Gesprächsrunden und Veranstaltungen die "Friendly Space Policy" einhalten
Der Community die Leitlinien und Abstimmungsinformationen auf neutrale Art und Weise präsentieren.
