Syncing with Outreach wiki template

Hey, User:Thehelpfulone! :)

It's getting close! Almost synced now. Thanks to you! ;)

I can see the yellow.

But it still looks different here on Meta than it does here on Outreach wiki.

For one thing, it's huge.

And it's an underline instead of a background color change.

Any ideas why it's so cranky? :\

And, in case I haven't said so in the last minute, YOU ROCK! :)
