Updating

@Elitre (WMF):

• The links for 2016 voting and result were wrong (linked to 2014 pages instead of 2016).
• These links were corrected by @Nealmcb and Alexmar983: on 5 May 2019.
• Affiliate-selected Board seats/2019/Voting still shows incorrect link. I tried to en:Wikipedia:purge the page by:
  • purging local Browsercache
  • making Null edit/a small actual edit on the page.
  • making a purge on the server side. [1] [2]
  • Removing and adding the template back to the page.
• All of the above did not fix the issue. I believe that the changes should be marked for translation by a translation administrator.
