- In my proposal, WMF will manage but separate from the proposed project so I don't think it will "Turn wikimedia into wikia". Also, there are all sort of educational content being hosted on different wikifarms around the world, if WMF can run a wikifarm by itself, then it can be more easily identify startup educational wiki, and choose to adopt it when the wiki have been developed and the time is right.
