Feedback from the Foundation's Culture and Heritage team

I would like to thank Wikimedia Indonesia for engaging culture and heritage professionals with the Wikistories pilot. The stories created through their GLAM outreach tended to be longer than average, with engaging titles and captions, and contributors were more likely to take and share their own images. Wikimedia Indonesia also provided valuable feedback to help guide future development of image-led experiences. The GLAM conference in November was a great success, with speakers from diverse institutions including the National Press Monument, Queer Indonesia Archive, and the non-profit record archiving initiative, Irama Nusantara.
