Recommendation

Thanks to WikiLucas00 for the recent upgrade. Two questions :

• Contributors: I edited the "Contributeurs" section to favor active editors. Shouldn't we all together remove the inactive ones ? So if anyone is interested to contact an user s.he goes for the active contributors and is not mislead.
• Referents : I'am unclear to the definition of "referent". As the project expend no single person is the overall referent user. Pamputt has the most extensive knowledge of phabricator tasks. Poslovitch is emerging as the most knowledgeable about the code. I have good understanding of github & pilote it, among other wiki things. Wikilucas is closely following Pamputt's knowledge & has TAL/institutional relations. Eavq is the most active with Language Universities. Is there a formal definition of "referents" ?
