Contest Participants are hoarding articles for translation

Hello community members,

I discovered that contest participants have used the article suggestion column to the disadvantage of others.

One person have taken up 3-5 articles and counting at a goal. What do I mean by this? I typed an article to translate but discovered that someone is already working on it. I did the same thing for 4 articles at the same time, still discovered the same person working on it.

This shows that a participant selects an article, doesn't work on it so that it goes to the "In progress" colum.

This way, the person is preventing others to contribute.

I would like the team to look into this, please.
