I have an immediate question... which orients the whole thing...
Is WikiIndaba meant to be a sort of continental Wikimania (with speakers, tracks etc.) ?. Or is it meant to be a working event such as the Wikimedia Conference occuring in Europe every year ? Anthere (talk)
