A professional Polish translation

First, a hearty thank you to those who have put their time into preparing a translation here!

We have obtained a professional translation to help make sure that the Polish community is able to access and refer to the document in the Polish language. Where there was no Polish proposed, or where the Polish proposed was outdated by subsequent changes to the English Terms of Use, I have implemented this text in the translated version. A PDF version of the translation, with markup and formatting, can be seen in the pdf linked from the side. That language is licensed under CC-By-SA and may be incorporated here as need be if any earlier edits need to be modified to accommodate tricky legal language.
