Clarifications edit
@Johan (WMF): on the ratelimit item, using "you" may not be too appropriate as this is mostly a thing for a very select group of users. (like admins) Without deviating too much from the original I'd propose:
"The number of times you can do something in a period of time on wiki is limited. This could be the number of edits per minute or the number of users you email in a day. Some users (for example administrators) are not affected by these limits. Those users can soon see what their limit would be if they had one."
For the reverted edit tag, I added a line when translating to say that this helps to detect users who need help or may be committing vandalism. When I read the original item, I was confused, thinking: "Is this what I think it is? A retroactively applied tag? Not just a tag that would be applied to all undoes and rollbacks?" and as it seems (after checking Phabricator), yes it is indeed a retroactively applied tag, which is very useful.
