Running or not?

Is User:BRPever running or not? The User has a confirmation page here, even though they say:I am not standing for confirmation this year. Some of the participants on the confirmation page have voted KEEP. Can someone in charge of this reconfirmation process anser my question. @Ottawahitech: BRPever is not standing for confirmation. The confirmation pages are created for the user to declare if they want to be confirmed or not, and if they don't, then other users can still comment on it. The keep comments (not votes) in this case mean that the commenting user thinks the steward did a good job and could be reconfirmed if that was their wish, and also to thank the steward for their work.
