I wrote User:Glaisher/countCUStats.js but addition have to be done manually (but I suppose that's easy enough). Thanks to Stryn for helping with testing the script. --Glaisher (talk) 18:09, 2 January 2016 (UTC)

I just pasted the CU logs into a .csv file and opened it in Excel, and hit the sort button... but a script probably works too. --Rschen7754 22:41, 16 January 2016 (UTC)

4000

It seems that Martin Urbanec has somehow reached 4000 LWCUs in a month (which is set as the limit in the counting script). Could a steward up the limit and update the statistics for last month please? Majavah ^{talk/contribs/sul} 15:40, 24 June 2020 (UTC)

I wonder is it safe to change the limit to any big number? I mean, his log show more than 10,000 records. Stryn (talk) 17:50, 24 June 2020 (UTC)

I think not doing any harm (like break database etc.). I just tried getting the correct number, but the result is always 5000, even if I put the limit to "9999". Anyone know what's wrong? Stryn (talk) 17:50, 27 June 2020 (UTC)

Bot to update?

I feel like there ought to be a bot that can update this instead of people having to use a script every month. EpicPupper (talk) 04:16, 22 February 2022 (UTC)

@EpicPupper: Technically it's easy, but unfortunately not secure. Only stewards have access to the checkuser log on loginwiki, so someone will need to use their own account to run a bot, and that is not recommended, even less for accounts with advanced permissions like these. stanglavine ^msg 18:15, 22 February 2022 (UTC)
