I would put more stuff to show the success of Wikipedia till now (such as it being top 10 most visited website in the world for example).

I see not the interest of "in behalf of WMF". Why don't you do just as we do in press release : add a small paragraph about what the foundation is at the end. Keep the beginning only about Wikipedia and interest of working in many languages. Anthere

Arts colleges under Gujarat Univerisity
