The idea is good, but I'm unlikely to be able to contribute much, especially since I'm not involved in any Wikimedia local chapters. My immediate reaction - just thinking aloud - is that even though Wikimedians with more at-risk-profiles in democracies and those in anocracies or autocracies know in principle that they can protect their real-life identities, getting better organised information about how e.g. the Wikimedia Xyz-land Chapter operates is both a benefit for Xyz-ians but also a benefit for the Xyzlandian security services to know who to detain/torture/assassinate. On the positive side, knowing that the Xyz Chapter and the Zyx Chapter both use Zoom and Telegram instead of Bbb/Jitsi and Matrix/Signal/Session can help give feedback to them to increase their compatibility with Wikimedia Movement aims and with their own personal security by learning about the best recommended FOSS for audio/video communication or etherpads or online meeting scheduling or other online services.
