Appeal global block and local block with no talk page access.
Is there any way to appeal a global block and a local block on meta where I cannot edit my talk page or send email? 27.100.16.177 02:01, 13 September 2017 (UTC)
- Yes, you can always open a section on SRG to appeal a lock. Just note in the title that you are requesting an unlock. You won't be blocked for appealing a lock either, as it is not considered block evasion (so long as it is done appropriately). – Ajraddatz (talk) 02:40, 13 September 2017 (UTC)
