Migrate to global user page

Hello Erdemaslancan. I can't delete your account, but I can delete the user pages on wikis where you don't have a block history. However you need to prove that you own this account since you're not logged in. I can't delete someone's user pages based on an anonymous request. Since your account is locked, I don't think you can prove ownership yourself. You can ask a steward to unlock your account or approve this request.
