SWAN organizes discussions for the Wikimedia community to express and record their thoughts on Wikimedia Movement governance. In these discussions the participants collectively take notes to record the conversation. Anyone can join in documenting thoughts, summarizing Wikimedia community positions, and advocating for community empowerment in Wikimedia administration.
