Hello, I'm Wiki13 from the Dutch Wikipedia. I'm also reasonably active on Wikidata and from time to time also contribute to other projects like Wikimedia Commons or In these projects I tend to do many different things, most often this is performing maintenance, investigating sockpuppets or processing requests as administrator. I've been contributing to the Wikimedia projects since 2009. Since 2012 this has been in more global manner, at which point when I joined SWMT. In the years since then I have been global rollbacker and global sysop (with some inbetween periods).

As part of SWMT I do a lot of global work. Which involves reverting vandalism (using SWViewer), removing spam, blocking LTA's where I can to prevent more damage. Due to the nature of this kind of work I work a lot with the stewards already. This means requesting an action either on the Steward request pages or via IRC (such as oversight requests). As I have been part of the movement for quite some time I'm quite aware of the policies that apply to stewards in their daily work, such as the Access to nonpublic personal data policy, the Oversight policy, the Stewards policy and the CheckUser policy.

As steward my intent is to start working in the areas I have experience in (vandalism, spamming, LTAs) and expand slowly into other areas where help might be needed.

For the sake of transparency, I also ran for steward in 2018, albeit unsuccesfully.

If there any questions I'm happy to answer them. Kind regards, Wiki13 (talk) 19:31, 28 January 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
